| Text: | 09.22.17 Application and deposit received in office. ckr 9-29-17 Inspected and approved. No culvert needed. Very steep approach, may have water issues in the future. The County is not responsible for the water. JD 10.02.17 cost determined, refund will be $475.00 after final inspection. ckr 06.28.18 called to request final inspection. ckr 7-2-18 new approach looks good as far as the concrete. Vegetation must be established where the ROW was disturbed. The old approach is still existing and needs to be removed and restored before we will release the deposit. Called Neil and he informed me that the approach serves his west lot and the new approach serves his east lot. JD. 7-16-18 Ok to release. JD 07/18/18 request for refund submitted. ckr |
