Approval or denial of applications is determined by the Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment at a public meeting as per Minnesota Statute 394 and the Crow Wing County Land Use Ordinance.
Development Review Team (DRT) Meetings are held the second and fourth Monday of every month beginning at 9:00 A.M. (Subject to change due to Holiday schedule) The meetings are located in the Land Services Building, 322 Laurel Street, Suite 14, Brainerd, MN 56401.
