11/21/16  fee paid, there are 2 parcels on CSAH 29  290343103A00009 and 290343300A00009.  To maintenance for review.  ckr
12-1-16 Inspected.  Need to determine approach location.  Both parcels connect to lesser traveled roads but with this being a logging operation we don't want to push truck traffic onto these roads if the approach is temporary.  Call into Ed to determine temporary and location. JD
12/7/16 Ed and I met onsite.  We determined the approach can't be off of 9th Ave due to the wetland pond and creek.  It will go just east of the highline pole on the straight stretch of CR 29 just east of the middle of the parcel. A culvert will be needed but the size won't be determined until next summer when Ed cuts down the back slope bank. JD
06/19/19  Generated notice that permit is over 1 year old and expired.  ckr
09/19/19  letter mailed to notify deposit will be forfeited in 30 days.  ckr
